Below are the descriptions for the EZLink and Employee Self Service applications.
Review each class description below to determine the appropriate class
you need to attend. Once you locate the class, select the appropriate
time zone in the Register for Class section. You will then pick a convenient
date and time for training.
If
you select a class in a different time zone, make sure to calculate
the start time correctly.
All classes are Web-based trainings in which you can participate in
right from your own office.
Upon completion of your registration in one of the below trainings, you will receive a registration confirmation email. Approximately 48-72 hours before the training you will receive an email from the trainer conducting the class. The email will include the phone number and instructions on how to access the the training class. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour, please email the Training Department at EZLinkTrainingDept@aetna.com with the registration information (class name, date & time.
EZLink Foundation Training
EZLink Foundation Training is a mandatory class for all EZLink users.
In this class, you will learn how to process enrollments, make benefits
changes and manage your billing register. This is the required training to obtain a user name, password and access to your company's EZLink account.
Employee
Self Service (ESS) Training
ESS Training is a class for any EZLink user that wants to allow their
employees to manage their own benefits online. In this class, you will
learn how to set up and customize your ESS site so your employees can
properly manage their benefits online during open enrollment and/or
perform life event changes. In order to be eligible for this training,
you must complete the EZLink Foundation Training or be a current user
of the EZLink application.
